Item #18 - "Feasibility Study of Water Taxi Service Between San Pedro and Long Beach" has been withdrawn from the Executive Management Committee Meeting but will remain on the Operations, Safety, and Customer Experience Committee Meeting.
Planning and Programming & Executive Management Committee Meetings: Due to anticipated overwhelming public participation on Planning and Programming Item 6 (Open Streets) and Executive Management Item 16 (LA Aerial Rapid Transit), it is likely that each person will be given only 30 seconds to speak during their turn for public comment to ensure the maximum number of speakers are heard. This will be implemented for both in-person and call-in speakers at the discretion of the Chair of the Committee in accordance with LACMTA's Administrative Ordinance, Section 2-01-130.
